Universal Terms of Service: Mama Transform, LLC

Provider: Mama Transform, LLC (“the Company”) Client: The individual or entity purchasing services or products (“the Client”)

1. The Offer (Services & Products)

The Company provides various services and products, including but not limited to 1:1 coaching, group coaching, workshops, and digital products (collectively, “the Offer”). By purchasing, the Client agrees to the specific scope, duration, and delivery methods described on the individual product checkout page.

2. Payment & Financial Commitment

  • Fees: Client agrees to pay the fee specified at the time of purchase.

  • Payment Plans: If a payment plan is selected, Client authorizes the Company to automatically charge the credit card on file for all future installments on the scheduled dates.

  • No-Pause Policy: For coaching and workshops, payment obligations remain in effect regardless of the Client’s participation, attendance, or usage of materials.

3. Strict No-Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of the products and the immediate reservation of the Coach’s time for services, all sales are final. * Digital Products: Access is granted immediately; therefore, no refunds are issued once purchase is complete.

  • Services/Workshops: No refunds will be issued for "no-shows" or failure to complete the program.

4. Scheduling & Attendance (For Live Services)

  • 1:1 Coaching: Client must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule. Sessions missed without notice are forfeited.

  • Group Coaching/Workshops: These occur at set times. No individual makeup sessions or refunds are provided if a Client is unable to attend a live broadcast. Recordings will be provided at the Company's discretion.

5. Intellectual Property & Limited License

All materials, including videos, worksheets, templates, and recordings, are the proprietary property of Mama Transform, LLC. * License: Client is granted a single-user, non-transferable license for personal use only.

  • Prohibition: Client may not share login credentials, redistribute, sell, or "white-label" any materials provided by the Company.

6. Professional Disclaimer

Mama Transform, LLC is not a medical or mental health provider. * No Guarantees: Results depend on Client implementation. The Company makes no guarantees regarding specific outcomes.

  • Not Therapy: Coaching and digital products are for educational purposes and are not a substitute for licensed therapy, medical advice, or legal counsel.

7. Confidentiality & Community Rules

  • Privacy: The Company will keep Client information private as per the Privacy Policy.

  • Group Conduct: For group programs, Client agrees to keep the identity and stories of other participants confidential. The Company reserves the right to remove any Client from a group program, without refund, for disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
